Oaklea Racing Stables is the home of Paul Green Racehorse Trainer based in Lydiate in Merseyside between Aintree Racecourse and Southport.
It sports a 1 Mile all weather gallop and a round grass gallop, two American style barns which can house up to 40 horses, a 6 horse walker, lunge pen, outdoor school and starting stalls.
Within 30 acres of paddocks there is also schooling ground with hurdles and fences. Overlooking the picturesque Cleeves Hill in Aughton where the scenery is breathtaking, you wouldn't dream that you were on the outskirts of the city.
Situated close to the M57 and M58 motorways and just off the A59 Lydiate and we are just opposite the oldest Public House in the North West "The Scotch Piper" (Sometimes too close for comfort!!)
